We honour age-old wisdom by crafting our ghee through the revered Bilona method - a slow, intentional process passed down through generations.
Made from the pure A2 milk of our cherished Gir cows, the milk is first cultured into curd, then patiently hand-churned in a traditional wooden Bilona to extract butter in its most natural form. This mindful churning preserves the living nutrients and delicate aroma inherent to the milk.
The butter is then gently simmered over a wood-fired flame, allowing time, fire, and craft to transform it into a luminous golden elixir - our Gir Cow Bilona Ghee.
