Mango Matka Curd
Ingredients
• 1 cup thick curd (dahi)
• 1/2 cup fresh mango pulp
• 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional)
• Fresh mango cubes
• 1 Matka
Steps
1. In a bowl, Whisk curd until smooth
2. Add mango pulp and mix gently
3. Add sugar if needed
4. Transfer it to the matka
5. Chill for 1–2 hours
6. Top with fresh mango cubes and serve.
