Mango Matka Curd

Ingredients
•⁠  ⁠1 cup thick curd (dahi)
•⁠  ⁠1/2 cup fresh mango pulp
•⁠  ⁠1–2 tbsp sugar (optional)
•⁠  ⁠Fresh mango cubes
•⁠  ⁠1 Matka 


Steps
1.⁠ ⁠In a bowl, Whisk curd until smooth
2.⁠ ⁠Add mango pulp and mix gently
3.⁠ ⁠Add sugar if needed
4.⁠ ⁠Transfer it to the matka 
5.⁠ ⁠Chill for 1–2 hours
6.⁠ ⁠Top with fresh mango cubes and serve.
